As you may have gathered from my introductory post, I am a bit of a collector of sorts. I spend most Saturday mornings scouring the clothes racks of quaint opportunity shops or bustling markets, and rarely am disappointed with what I find. I prized this black velvet body suit at the Paekakariki monthly market a few weeks ago. Made in Paris by Etincelle Couture, it was a steal at $3. It has beautiful details, with cream floral lace embroidery covering the fitted bodice - which means it goes perfectly with my favourite cream pleated skirt. More than satisfied with this stunning find, so I had to share it with all of you. Maybe it will inspire your inner bargain-hunter this coming Saturday?
